摘要
目的观察研究珍稀濒危药用植物降香黄檀种子贮藏条件、种子萌发特性和幼苗叶片生长速度。方法通过室内考察,测定降香黄檀种子千粒重、发芽率,采用不同处理进行贮藏条件试验,对幼苗叶片的生长速度进行连续观测记录。结果对于保持降香黄檀种子(去果荚)活力,在冰箱冷藏(12℃)条件下比保存在室温条件下的种子能够贮藏更长时间;对降香黄檀种子不同处理可以改变其发芽率,但效果都没有带荚直播发芽率高;幼苗叶片生长速度在前期较快,达5~9片叶/月,后期速度降低并逐渐开始分枝。结论降香黄檀种子带果荚低温保存效果较其他保存方法好;降香黄檀带果荚直接播种较其他处理发芽率高;降香黄檀幼苗叶片生长速度在移栽后两个月达到最快。
Objective To study the seeds of endangered medicinal plant Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen. based on effects of different storage conditions, characteristics of germination, and speed of leaves growth. Methods Measured 1000 -seed weights, germination percentage with different process and speed of seedling Ieaves. Results Showed that compared with the dry storage at room temperature, the dry seeds of Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen. storage at 12℃ can be preserved for longer. Different process can change the germination percentage, seeding without infusion was the best method to improve the germination percentage. The speed of growth of Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen. Seedling leaves was high prophase, but gradually fall 2 months later, and began to send out branches. Conclusion The dry seeds of Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen. storage at 12 ℃can be preserved for longer, seeding without infusion was the best method to improve the germination percentage, the speed of seedling leaves growth get the highest point after 2 months.
