影响动物毛色的基因 被引量:23

摘要 黑色素是由黑色素细胞合成的,是色素系统形成可见色素的基础。这些能够直接合成、转运和分配黑色素到色素蓄积器官的基因称作色素沉着基因。哺乳动物毛色的颜色是由色素颗粒控制的,色素颗粒沉积的多少决定了动物的毛色,而控制色素沉着的是相应的酶蛋白,这些蛋白质由不同的色素沉着基因编码。这些基因在不同的时期起着不同的作用,从多方面调节动物毛色使动物毛色表现出种属的差异,并代表其不同的生产性能。
