摘要
采用扦插基质、生长调节剂、扦插时间及插穗部位4因素对肿节风扦插繁殖进行研究。结果表明:肿节风插条生根与处理插条的激素种类、处理浓度,扦插基质,扦插季节和插条部位有关,肿节风扦插较优组合:以茎顶为插穗,200mg/LIBA溶液处理插穗下切口30min,泥炭:蛭石=1:1为扦插基质,在春季扦插,插条生根率可以达到82%以上。
The effect of cutting substrates, growth regulators, cutting time and cutting position on cutting and propagation of Sarcand glabra were studied in this paper.The results showed that the rooting of Sarcand glabra cutting was related to the type and concentration of hormones,the different substrates,the season of cutting and the cutting position.The proper combination of the factors on Sarcand glabra as below： In the spring, taking the stem apex as cutting, the rate of rooting was up to 82%,when we treated the nick under the cutting with 200mg· L-1IBA, peat：vermiculite was 1：1.
