摘要
为了探讨球孢白僵菌对桑天牛的致病机制,用高效液相色谱仪对感染球孢白僵菌后的桑天牛幼虫血淋巴游离氨基酸含量变化进行了测定与分析。在用球孢白僵菌处理后不同时间段的桑天牛幼虫血淋巴中,氨基酸含量呈规律性变化:白僵菌侵入1d,桑天牛幼虫血淋巴中的游离氨基酸总量呈下降趋势,而侵入4~5d,游离氨基酸总量又逐渐上升;受感染桑天牛幼虫血淋巴中的17种游离氨基酸含量变化不同,其主要氨基酸中的赖氨酸、酪氨酸、精氨酸、丝氨酸和氨基酸总量的变化趋势一样,先下降后上升,即是影响氨基酸总量变化的主要氨基酸种类。
To explore the pathopoiesis mechanism of B. bassiana to Apriona germari, we determined the content of free amino acids in haemolymph of infected larvae by HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatograph) in this paper. The results showed that the total content of free amino acids changed regularly. The content decreased gradually at first stage after infection, while increased at end stage. Change of 17 kinds of free amino acids content in haemolymph were variable. But change tendency of the main amino acids content, including Lysine, Tyrosine, Arginine, and Serine, was same as that of total content of free amino acids, suggesting that they were main kinds of amino acids resulting in the change of total content of free amino acids.
