摘要
基于下运带式输送机制动问题的重要性,提出了智能液压调速制动系统,研究了该系统在下运带式输送机各运行工况的特点。试验结果表明,智能液压调速制动系统能够实现预期的各种功能,无人参与其控制过程,属于PID智能型控制系统。依据减速器高速轴转速反馈控制刹车泵排量和压力的变化,智能液压调速制动系统能够产生下运带式输送机需要的制动力矩,保证了下运带式输送机的安全可靠运行。
Based on the importance of the braking issue for the downward belt conveyor, the paper provided the intelligent hydraulic speed control and braking system. The paper studied the system features of the each operation performances for the downward belt conveyor. The test results showed that the intelligent hydraulic speed control and braking system could have each function expected and there was no person involved in the control processing. The system was a PID intelligent control system. According to the discharging and pressure variations of the braking pump controlled with the high speed axle revolution of the speed reducer, the intelligent hydraulic speed control and braking system could have the braking torque required for the downward belt conveyor and could ensure the safety and reliable operation of the downward belt conveyor.
