摘要
合成了系列阳离子型苯丙乳液,并将其作为交联剂对乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)乳液进行共混改性,制备了系列水基纸塑复膜胶,考察了共混反应时间、苯丙乳液用量及其阳离子单体结构对复膜胶性能的影响。结果表明低阳离子基浓度的苯丙乳液对复膜胶的流变性、剥离强度、电性能的影响大,苯丙乳液的加入量为2%时其作用效果最显著。
A series of cationic styrene-acrylic emulsions were synthesized and used in the blending modification of EVA emulsion to prepare a series of waterbom laminating adhesives. The effects of blending time, amount and structure of cationic monomer on properties of the adhesives were investigated. The results showed that styrene-acrylic emulsion with low concentration of cationic groups had greater influence on rheology,peel strength , electrical property of the adhesives, and when the amount of the cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion was 2%, its effects on the adhesives were the most significant.
