摘要
为了提高大学篮球训练水平,加强对篮球运动的理解,尤其是提高对防守观念的认识,运用文献资料法、观察法等研究方法对现代篮球运动中防守技术、战术发展的特点进行分析得出现代篮球运动防守表现出攻击性、破坏性、主动性、预见性与协同性.针对大学生篮球运动员在防守方面存在的不足.提出现代篮球比赛防守的基本要求和提高运动员的防守能力的途径.
In order to raise the level of college basketball training, to enhance the understanding of basketball, especially to raise awareness of the defensive concept, the paper analysed the characteristics of the defensive technique and tactical by using literature data, statistics and other research techniques. We got the development of a modem basketball defensive performance of the offensive, destructive, initiative, predictability and synergies. Against the shortcoming in the defensive of college basketball athletes, the article offers the basic requirements in modem defensive basketball game and improves the defensive capacity of the athletes.
