摘要
十七大报告中提出了许多新的发展部署,其中之一就是维护社会公平正义,基于罗尔斯的两条正义原则作为理论工具,解读公平正义问题在报告中的阐述,着眼现实发展形势,提出部分具体对策,从而为更快、更好地实现社会公平正义作基础。
A large number of new development plans were proposed in the 17th national congress of CPC, one of which is to keep social equity and justice. With Rawls＇ two principles of justice as theoretical tool, the author in this paper decoded the issue of equity and jus-tice described in the report to the 17th party congress; keeping eyes on the actual development situation,some concrete measures to help realize social equity and justice faster and better were proposed.
