摘要
针对二维裂纹扩展模式不能非常全面地反映岸边集装箱起重机箱型构件的疲劳裂纹扩展行为的情况,通过对港口起重机箱型结构件在承受拉伸、纯弯及弯扭结合等载荷情况下的疲劳裂纹扩展分析,得出针对此类大型、薄壁结构件的未穿透裂纹的裂纹扩展特点及裂纹剖面扩展特性.对港口起重机的产品设计及无损裂纹检测具有一定参考价值.
Because two-dimensional crack propagation mode can not comprehensively reflect the fatigue crack propagation behaviors, relationships of two phases of crack propagation and characteristics of the crack propagation profile about a type of thin-wall, large-scale components are obtained by analyzing box components' fatigue crack propagation behaviors of the container crane under the tensile load, bending load and bending-torsion load. It provides references for counteracting fatigue design and crack propagation management of container cranes' structure.
