摘要
目的:建立工作场所空气中甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)测定方法。方法:空气中MTBE用活性碳管吸附采集,二硫化碳解吸,FFAP弹性石英毛细管柱分离,质谱SIM方式检测。结果:MTBE浓度在0-962.9μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9998,最低检出限0.68μg/ml,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.2%-0.6%,解吸效率为90.5%-104.1%。样品在室温下至少可保存7 d。结论:该方法各项指标均达到《工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研制规范》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中MTBE的检测。
Objective:To establish a GC/MS analytical method for methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE) in the workplace air.Methods:Absorbite was used to Absorb MTBE.Sample was desorbed by CS2,separated by FFAP resilience quartz capillary column and detected with mass spectra SIM.Results:The liner calibration cure showed a good correlation(r=0.9998) between 0 to 962.9 μg/ml,and the detection limit was 0.68 μg/ml.RSD between 0.2% to 0.6%.Desorption efficiency was 90.5%~104.1%.The sample could still remain stable under ambient temperature until 7 d.Conclusion:This method can be used to determine the concentration of MTBE in the workplace air.
