摘要
目的：为了解全区现阶段碘盐居民食用情况,及时发现问题并采取相应干预措施,保证全民普食碘盐的策略得到有效落实。方法：根据《全国碘盐监测方案》对居民户层次的碘盐进行随机抽查和结果判定。结果：2005-2006年,全区在碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率上均高于90%,2007年,碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率低于90%。结论：2007年全区碘盐监测指标低于前两年,碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率均未达到国家标准。
Obiective：To find out the situation about the resident iodine salt eating nowadays in the whole district,and investigate questions in time and adopt relevant in tervenient measures,and tactics that all the people eat iodine salt generally to receive effective implementation.Methods：According to The National Iodine Salt Monitored Plan,we carry out random selective examination and result judgement to the iodine salt of production gradation and resident gradation respectively.Results：Between2005 and 2006 years,the rate of coverage about iodine salt and the rate of qualified iodine salt and the rate of utilization about qualified iodine salt in the whole district are higher than 90%.The rate of qualified iodine salt and the rate of utilization about qualified iodine salt in the whole district is less than 90%.Conclusion：Index of Iodine Salt Surveillance in chongqing city in 2007 lower than last two years.the eligible quality of iodine salt and the edible rate of eligible iodized salt do not to reached the national standard.
