摘要 目的研究硝基苯(NB)对小鼠巨噬细胞毒功能及淋巴细胞转化功能的影响。方法将清洁级 ICR 种小鼠分为高(200 mg/kg NB)、中(20 mg/kg NB)、低(2 mg/kg NB)剂量染毒组和对照组,每组12只,雌雄各半。将 NB 溶于玉米油中,每日经口染毒1次,连续21 d,对照组给予玉米油,于第22天颈椎脱臼处死小鼠。计算小鼠脾脏、胸腺系数,巨噬细胞毒功能和淋巴细胞增殖反应的变化。结果随硝基苯剂量的增大,小鼠脾系数增大,而胸腺系数减小(P<0.05);巨噬细胞毒功能和淋巴细胞增殖率呈明显下降趋势(P<0.05)。结论本实验条件下,硝基苯对小鼠免疫机能有一定的抑制作用。 Objective To study the effects of nitrobenzene on macrophage function and lymphocyte proliferation in mice. Methods ICR mice were divided into groups and treated with nitrobenzene by gavage, once a day, at doses of 2, 20 and 200 mg/kg respectively, for 21 consecutive days. The mice were killed after 21 days of treatment and then the effects of nitrobenzene on the organs index, the macrophage function and the lymphocyte proliferation were determined. Results The macrophage function and the lymphocyte proliferation decreased as the increase of the dose of nitrobenzene. Conclusion The results of the present paper show that nitrobenzene may inhibit the immunity function of mice.
