摘要
按照火电厂锅炉给水加药过程的主要因果关系,抽象出一条因果链。针对其大时滞特性,提出分段预估控制方法,选取合适的测量点和测量变量,将大时滞分成三段较小时滞的子系统,对每一个子系统进行预估控制,各子系统之间依托因果链传递预估和控制信息,最终完成整个系统的控制。仿真结果表明此种方法对于大时滞系统的控制具有理想的控制效果。
According to the basic causality of power plant feedwater process, one causality chain is elicited, in view of its long time- delay characteristic, piecewise prediction and control method is proposed. Choose proper survey points and survey variables, long time-delay system is divided by throe shorter time-delay subsystems. Design prediction and Control for every subsystem; depend on the causality chain to transmit prediction and control information, finally achieve to the integrated system control. Simulation indicates that this method processes excellent effect for control long time-delay systems.
