摘要
通过对压力试验机各项指标的深入分析,针对加压速率控制精度要求高的特点,运用模糊自适应PID参数的控制技术,克服了传统定常PID控制系数恒定的不足,提高了对水泥块抗压能力检测的精度。经实际运行表明,模糊自适应PID参数控制算法的实现,比定常PID控制的控制质量有明显提高。
By the analysis of various indicators of the pressure tester ,based on the characteristics of high control accuracy of pressurized rate, a fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller is used. It can overcome the shortage that the traditional constant coefficient PID controller exists, enhance the detection accuracy of cement block compression. The actual operation indicates that fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller evidently improves the quality of control system than the traditional constant coefficient PID controller .
