摘要 介绍和分析了在RTA和RT-flex柴油机上采用的一种全新电子控制脉冲气缸润滑油系统(PLS)的技术特点,与原有的蓄压器式气缸润滑油系统相比,该系统通过改进气缸壁润滑油分布和采用柔性、精确的润滑油喷射定时,减少了37%的气缸润滑油消耗,但仍然保持了活塞运转的可靠性。 A new electronically-controlled cylinder pulse lubricating system (PKS) has been introduced to RTA and RT-flex engines. Compared with the original accumulator system, PLS can reduce cylinder lubricating oil consumption by 37% without compromising on piston-running reliabihty. All these are achieved through an improved distribution of cylinder lubricating oil, and the introduction of fully flexible precise timing of oil spray.
