摘要
以钢管生产过程中的扩轧管电液伺服系统为背景,分析了非对称比例(伺服)阀及其阀控制缸机构的非线性特性,建立了系统非线性数学模型以更加细致地描绘实际系统,并提出了基于一种子集稳定控制方法(SSA)的非线性控制策略。仿真控制和实际系统运行结果表明,该控制策略与常规PID控制相比,具有更好的系统响应性能,为解决工程实际问题提供了一种有用的工具。
On the basis of electro--hydraulic servo system of pipe expanding process, the nonlinear characteristics of cylinder actuated with asymmetry valve was analyzed. Then a nonlinear model was provided to represent the actual system. A nonlinear control approach with subset stabilization approach was put forward. Simulation and actual control results show that the proposed algorithm has better response performance than that of conventional PID control. This method is a new way for engineering applications.
