摘要
在采选联合企业生产组织过程中尽可能地降低矿石爆破块度是实现经济合理目标的基础。为此通过鱼骨图、失效模式分析,进行全因子分析评价,并对优选因子实现快速改善,再运用试验设计进行相关性与显著性分析,并应用调优图进行关键因子优化,找出了影响矿石爆破块度的三大参数的相关关系,总结出降低矿石爆破块度的一套行之有效的技术方法,对生产实践有极为重要的指导意义,取得了较为显著经济效益。
To reduce the blasting fragmentation as much as possible in the production organization of a mining - mineral processing complex is the basis for realizing its rational economic objective. Therefore, study was made through fishbone diagram, failure mode analysis, complete factor analysis, rapid improvement of selected factors, correlation and significance analysis by test design and optimization of key factors by tuning diagram. As a result, the correlation among three parameters influencing blasting fragmentation was found and an effective technical method for reducing the blasting fragmentation was summed up, which is of very important significance to guiding the practical production and has achieved significant economic benefits in practice.
