复方中药对银屑病患者外周血白介素12的表达

摘要 近年研究认为，银屑病是一种T细胞介导的自身免疫性疾病一。本实验通过体外培养的寻常性银屑病患者外周血树突细胞（DC）IL-12的产生情况，研究复方中药对寻常性银屑病患者外周血DC的IL-12mRNA表达的影响。
