摘要
本实验的目的是进一步检验软磁铁氧体—生物活性陶瓷复合材料的生物相容性。选用兔龄3~5个月,体重1.7~2.0kg日本大耳白兔12只,分别进行肌肉埋植实验和颌骨种植实验。结果表明该材料较软磁铁氧体本身具有更好的生物活性,种植3个月即与骨产生骨性结合。提示该磁性固位种植体有较好的应用前景。
The purpose of the study is to test the biocompatibility of the soft-magnetic ferrite coated with bioactive ceramics. 12 rabits weighing 1. 7-2. 0kg were used to study. The results showed that its bioactivity was much better than the ferrite, The composite could combine with bone by osseointegration after being implanted in bone for 3 months. It is suggested that the composite material could be used in magnetic retention implant system widely.
