CRM视角下的现代远程教育管理模式构建 被引量:17

摘要 本文在总结国内外远程教育管理模式研究进展的基础上,借鉴管理学中的客户关系管理(CRM)理论,运用定性分析法和Delphi法构建远程教育客户关系管理模型(DECRMM)。通过对指标体系的量化分析,发现服务支持、教学计划和校友活动是影响远程教育机构与学生关系的关键因素。本文尝试运用管理学中以顾客为本的客户关系管理理论来构建全周期的远程教育客户关系管理模型及其指标和权重体系,希望能做一有创新意义的尝试。
