摘要
为了探求环境湿度对三基发射药热分解的影响规律,人工模拟实验了不同的环境湿度条件,并用微热量仪对该发射药进行等速升温实验,获得了不同湿度条件下的热流曲线。对实验结果进行处理与分析后,分别得出了反应热、开始加速分解的温度、峰形与湿度间的变化规律。
To explore the rule how environmental humidity influence thermal decomposition of triple-base propellant, environmental conditions with different humidity were achieved by manual simulating in the experiment. A constant heating-rate experiment of the propellant was performed on a microcalorimetry. The heat flow curves of the propellant were obtained under the conditions of different humidity. The experimental results were created and analysed, The changing rule of the humidity vs. the reaction heat, initial acceleratory decomposition temperature decomposition, curve shape, is obtained.
