摘要
采用有氧开放的化学共沉法,选择合适的摩尔比、pH 值、反应浓度、反应温度、反应时间,实验制备出低成本的Fe_3O_4纳米磁性微粒,突破了无氧密闭的传统工艺。以聚α-烯烃合成油(PAO)为基液,选取适配的表面活性剂(PG-3),制备出了低挥发度、多粘度级别的实用化的纳米四氧化三铁聚α-烯烃合成油基磁性液体。应用于扬声器中,显著提高了扬声器线圈的散热效果。
With suitable tool ratio, pH value, reaction concentration, reaction temperature and proper reaction ume, the nanomagnetic particulate of Fe3O4,was prepared using co-precipitation method in aerobic, open state. Using polyalphaolefin fluids as carrier liquid and matched surface activator (PG-3), a practical nano-magnetic fluid with low evaporation, multilevel viscosity and excellent viscidity was produced. It greatly improved the heat transfer effect of coil when used in loudspeaker.
