摘要
以Ti/SI/C为原料,采用反应烧结方法制备Ti3SiC2材料,并分析反应烧结机理。结果表明,以3Ti/1.2Si/2C为起始原料,烧结温度在1250—1300℃之间,可以得到Ti3SiC2含量90%以上的Ti3SiC2材料。Ti3SiC2的反应合成机理是固-液反应,即:Ti3SiC2和β—Ti形成液相,液相冉与TiC反应,进而合成Ti3SiC2。
The Ti3SiC2 ceramic was prepared by reaction sintering with Ti/Si/C powder mixtures as raw material and the reaction mechanism was analyzed. The results show that bulk Ti3SiC2 ceramic with the amount of Ti3SiC2 over 90% could be obtained successfully by reaction sintering, 3Ti/1.2Si/2C ratio mixture powders are used as raw material and the sintering temperature is in the range of 1 250-1 300 ℃. The reaction mechanism of Ti3SiC2 is solid-liquid reaction, i.e., the Ti3SiC2 phase is synthesized by the reaction of TiC phase with liquid phase,which results from reaction of Ti3SiC2 with β-Ti phase.
