摘要
目的探讨VEGF-C、COX-2及VEGFR-3在鼻咽癌发生、发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化SP法分别检测52例鼻咽癌及20例慢性鼻咽炎组织中VEGF-C、COX-2、VEGFR-3的表达,并在显微镜下记数VEGFR-3标记的脉管。结果①VEGF-C、COX-2、VEGFR-3在鼻咽癌及慢性鼻咽炎中的表达均有显著差异(P<0.05)。②鼻咽癌中VEGF-C、COX-2、VEGFR-3表达均与临床TNM分期、颈部淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。鼻咽癌VEGF-C表达与COX-2表达呈正相关(r=0.350,P<0.05),VEGFR-3阳性脉管数VEGF-C表达阳性组比阴性组增多(P<0.01)。结论①VEGF-C、COX-2及VEGFR-3在鼻咽癌发生、发展中起一定作用。②VEGF-C和COX-2可共同表达于鼻咽癌细胞中,并可能与鼻咽癌颈部淋巴结转移密切相关。
Objective To invesugate the effect of vascular endothelial growth factor-C （VEGF-C ）, cyclooxygenase- 2 （ COX- 2 ） and vasuclar endothelial growth factor receptor- 3 （ VEGFR- 3 ） on the pathogenesis and development of nasopharyngcal carcinoma （ NPC ） . Methods Expression levels of VEGF-C , COX- 2 and VEGFR-3 were detected with immunohistochemistry method in 52 specimens of NPC and 20 of chronic nasopharyngitis , and the number of vessels marked by VEGFR - 3 was counted under the microscope . Results ① The differences of expression of VEGF - C, COX-2, and VEGFR-3 were significant between NPC and nasopharyngitis （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . ②Expression of VEGF-C, COX-2 and VEGFR-3 was closely related to lymphatic metastasis and clinical TNM stage （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In addition, the expression of VEGF-C was positively correlated with that of COX- 2 （ r = 0.350 , P 〈 0.05 ） , and the number of vessels with expression of VEGFR-3 in VEGF- C positive group was more than that of VEGF-C negative group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ① VEGF- C, COX-2 , and VEGFR-3 may play a role in the pathogenesis and development of NPC. ②VEGF- C and COX-2 are coexpressed and significantly associated with the cervical lymphatic metastasis in NPC.
