摘要
为了减轻由室内装修所造成的污染,通过生物滴滤处理装置处理室内装修烘烤后排出的挥发性有机气体(甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯).在气体流量为600 L/h、表面液体速度为3.14-3.93 m/h,pH为6-7,进气温度为30℃条件下采用生物强化技术,当入口甲醛浓度小于30.86 mg/m^3,生物滴滤塔对甲醛净化效率一直保持100%;当入口苯浓度在2.07-43.22 mg/m^3,生物滴滤塔对苯的净化效率是86.2%-88.4%;当入口甲苯浓度在0.76-31.61 mg/m^3,生物滴滤塔对甲苯净化效率是93.2%-94%;当入口二甲苯浓度在3-55.20 mg/m^3,生物滴滤塔对二甲苯净化效率是90%-91.6%.从《大气污染物综合排放标准(GB16297-1996)》的指标考察,室内装修烘烤污染物经生物滴滤处理后均可达到现有污染源和新污染源排放标准,生物强化处理是可行的.
This study investigated the performance of biotrickling filter for the treatment of VOCs (formaldehyde, benzene, toluene and xylene) existing in indoor air polluted by bake-out exhaust of fitments. The results demonstrated that when the inlet formaldehyde concentration was below the level of 30. 86 mg/m^3 , the biotrickling filter could remove the formaldehyde by almost 100% at the conditions of gas flow rate of 600 L/h, surface liquid velocity of 3.14 -3.93 m/h, pH of 6 - 7 and temperature of 30 ℃. While the removal efficiency of benzene was over the range of 86.2% - 88.4% when the initial concentration of benzene ranged from 2.07 -43.22 mg/m^3. The system was also capable of eliminating toluene and xylene with the efficiency of 93.2% -94% and 90% -91.6% respectively when their corresponding initial concentrations were over the range of 0.76 -31.61 mg/m^3 and 3- 55.2 mg/m^3 , respectively. The final concentrations of the pollutants after the treatment have been shown below the standard level regulated by Comprehensive Discharge Standard of Air Pollutants (GB16297-1996). This paper provides a possibility of utilization of biotrickling filter to enhance the treatment of VOCs in indoor air polluted by bake-out exhaust of fitments.
