摘要
介绍了高真空磁场热处理装置的结构、性能特点,并给出其相关参数。本装置可对炉腔直接抽真空,使磁场热处理过程更为简单。采用双温控器使炉腔内温度测控更为准确。设计过程中既保证炉腔内磁场(H_(max)=3kOe)、温度(T_(max)=800℃)要求,同时控制整套磁场热处理装置外形尺寸使其结构合理、紧凑。列举一例实际应用表明此套装置处理效果明显,性能良好。
The construction and capability of the magnetic field heat treatment furnace were briefly described with its correlative parameters given. Its furnace chamber can be pumped out directly so as to simplify the procedure of magnetic field heat treatment. Measuring and controlling of temperature in the furnace chamber will be more accurate by using double temperature controllers. The furnace has high-intensity magnetic field (Hmax= 3 kOe) and high temperature (Tmax= 800℃) , both are provided in furnace chamber, and its overall size is reasonably compact. An application examplifies that the furnace works well with favorable treating results provided.
