摘要
1000kV GIS用套管是GIS中的关键设备,为实现1000kV GIS用套管的自主设计这一我国特高压技术工程的重大突破,在对日本NGK公司研制的1000kV GIS用套管的结构及参数进行讨论的基础上,从1000kV GIS用套管的结构、额定电流选择与散热、套管防爆技术、套管均压环设计、套管内屏蔽设计等方面详细介绍了1000kV GIS用套管的设计要点。计算结果表明:1000kV GIS用套管采用金属屏蔽结构比较简单,工艺上容易实现,通过计算其电气性能和机械性能能够满足工程要求。同时,1000kV GIS用套管设计上还需要考虑大电流下的一次导电管的散热及瓷空心绝缘子的防爆问题。
1000 kV GIS bushings are very important for GIS. This paper provides a reference for us to master the key technology of 1000 kV GIS bushings. Firstly, this paper introduces the basic performance parameter of 1000 kV GIS bushing developed by NGK of Japan, then puts forward the insulation level of porcelain bushing designed by China, and introduces the basic parameters. Secondly, this paper introduces all of the parts composed of bushings, including bushing base, bushing inner shield and porcelain bushing. Meanwhile, this paper introduces the inner elec tric field, outer electric field, the outgoing line joint of primary conducting bar, the offset ring contactor and bushing base of 1000 kV GIS bushing designed by WHVRI and TEGC, which establishes a base of developing 1000 kV GIS bushing for ourselves. The calculated results indicate that during the three kinds of shielding materials, the used metal is good for construction and easy to be realized in technology, the electric property and mechanical property can meet the demands of engineering. Meanwhile, the radiating of primary bus bar and the explosion protection of porcelain insulator must be considered.
