摘要
目的:观察参芪扶正注射液对肿瘤化疗的影响。方法:实验组37例用参芪扶正注射液配合化疗,对照组33例单用化疗。结果:实验组白细胞下降低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组恶心呕吐低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量改善实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液能够减少化疗毒副作用,增加患者化疗耐受性,提高生活质量。
Objective： To evaluate the influence of shenqi fuzheng injection in the chemotherapy of malignant tumor. Methods ： 37 patients of test group were treated with shenqi fuzheng injection and also received chemotherapy, and 33 patients of control group only received chemotherapy. Results ： The leucocytopenia for test group was lower than control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence rates of nausea, vomit injury in test group were lower than those in control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence rates of improving patient quality of life after chemotherapy in test group was higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusions ：The application of shenqi fuzheng injection in chemotherapy can decrease the incidence rates of the side effect of chemotherapy apparently, increase the patient＇s tolerance to chemotherapy, and improve the patient＇s quality of life.
