Preparation of the PSt/PBA/PMMA LIPN Green Paint

摘要 研究了制备PSt/PBA/PMMA LIPN涂料的新方法。采用种子乳液聚合技术制备了PSt/PBA/PMMA(聚苯乙烯/聚丙烯酸酯/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)乳胶型互穿网络聚合物涂料。结果表明当单体配比St∶BA∶MMA=4∶3∶2,交联剂用量为单体总量的1.5%,引发剂用量为1.2%,反应温度为70℃左右时,涂料综合性能优良。说明采用乳液聚合技术合成的三元互穿乳液涂料较传统的丙烯酸酯类涂料性能优良,该涂料以水为溶剂,是一种典型的绿色涂料。 The preparation method of the PSt/PBA/PMMA LIPN paint is studied. The PSt/PBA/PMMA LIPN paint has been synthesized by the seed emulsion polymerization techniques. The results show that the better paint can be made when the mass ratio of St/BA/MMA is 4: 3: 2, the amount of crosslink agent is 1.5% of the monomer, the amount of initiator is 1.2% , and the reaction temperature is about 70℃. It is indicated that ternary emulsion paint made by emulsion polymerization techniques exhibits better properties than the traditional acrylate paint. This paint is a typical green paint which uses water as the solvent.
