摘要
为比较两种手术方式治疗陈旧性肛裂的临床效果，采用侧位内括约肌切断术治疗陈旧性肛裂42例，后正中内括约肌切断术治疗陈旧性肛裂44例。结果显示，侧位内括约肌切断术有效率95．2％，后正中内括约肌切断术有效率79．6％（P〈0．01）。结果表明，侧位内括约肌切断术治疗陈旧性肛裂效果优于后正中内括约肌切断术。
The objective of this study was to evaluate and compare the therapeutic results of two procedures in the treatment of chronic anal fissure. 42 patients underwent the procedure of lateral incision of inner sphincter（PLIIS group） while 44 underwent the procedure of posterior median incision of inner sphincter（PPMIIS group）. As results,the improvement rate in PLIIS group was 95.2% while that in the PPMIIS group was 79.6 % （ P 〈0. 01）. It is concluded that the therapeutic results of the PLIIS group was better.
