磁场处理降低残余应力过程中应力应变的测量 被引量:1

摘要 在前期研究强脉冲磁场处理与低频交变磁场处理降低残余应力,并取得显著效果的基础上,进一步在磁场处理低碳钢制作的试样(包括单向拉伸试样和无应力试样)时,对应力应变过程进行测量。结果表明,单向拉伸试样经过低频交变磁场处理后,材料内部残余应力有下降的趋势,而且处理过程中具有磁振动现象。无应力试样与单向拉伸试样在磁场中,随场强的增加,试样中的应变逐渐由正值变为负值。无应力试样在不同频率的交变磁场中的应变各不相同,而且单向拉伸试样在5HZ的交变磁场中的应变绝对值远大于恒定磁场中的应变绝对值。 Based on previous research results on strong pulsed magnetic treatment (SPMT ) and low frequency alternating magnetic treatment (LFMT). the stress and strain were measured on specimens made of low carbon steel which include uniaxial tensile specimen and unstressed specimen in magnetic field. The results show that the stress relaxation took place and magnetic vibration occured in the uniaxial tensile specimen during LFMT. The strain in both kinds of specimens changes from positive value to negative value with the increase of magnetic field intensity. In alternating field with different frequencies the strain in unstressed specimen are also different and the absolute value of the strain in the tensile specimen treated by alternating field of 5Hz is much larger than that treaed by constant field.
