摘要
本文通过对我国29个地区自1996年到2005年的面板数据进行回归分析,验证了宏观经济因素对科技人才流动的影响,得出地区的经济发展水平、工资收入水平、科研环境科研投入、教育水平、生活便利程度等是科技人才流动动因的结论。这对我国各地区因地制宜制定吸引科技人才的相关政策具有重要的意义。
By making a regression analysis on panel data between 1996 and 2005 of 29 regions of China, macroeconomic factors＇ impact on the flow of scientific and technological personnel is verified in the paper, which leads to the conclusion that main reasons for the flow of scientific and technological personnel are regional economic development level, wage income level, scientific research environment and its input, educational level, living convenience. It will be of great importance for regional governments to form policies according to their own conditions to attract scientific and technological personnel.
