摘要
以发射波长为473 nm的半导体泵固体激光器为激发光源,采用共聚焦光学结构,研制了一种小型模块式激光诱导荧光检测器。以异硫氰酸荧光素为荧光探针,用固定式柱上检测卡槽固定毛细管,用在100μm i.d.的毛细管电泳柱评价该体系的浓度检出限为5×10^(-11)mol/L,在0.5 nM~50 nM之间线性关系为R=0.9996。如果将被测毛细管安装在X-Y光学平台上,则检出下限为1×10^(-11)moL/L。利用该系统考察了实际样品中核黄素的检测,获得较好的结果。
A modularly designed laser - induced fluorescence detector based on laser diode double - pumped solid - state laser emitting at 473 nm was constructed. A groove - type on - column detection mode was used in the detector. The performance of the detector was evaluated by a CE with on - column detection using FITC as standard sample. A detection limit of 5 × 10^-11 mol/L was observed. Linear dynamic range is 0.5 nM - 50 nM, with R = O. 9996. The detection limit can be further improved to 1 × 10^-11 mol/L when the detection window is mounted onto a X - Y platform. This detector was applied to the analysis of Vitamin B2 in real samples.
