摘要
为弄清陇县烟田烟蚜种群动态,探索田间管理最佳途径,通过系统调查与数据处理,研究了陇县烟蚜及其在烟株上的种群动态。结果表明:①陇县烟蚜在烟草全生长期持续发生,烟田有翅蚜数量持续在低水平状态,说明其在田间有横向感染和多向来源。②烟蚜在复杂地带烟田中的分布除具有种性控制下的小区特点,还受烟田自然环境影响、尤其是风向影响较大;田间管理水平与管理的时效性也影响蚜量变化。③同生境与异生境下烟蚜分布型测定结果均为聚集型以及单株蚜量随烟株生长变化的动态结果表明,烟蚜种的保存和种群发展壮大的内在机制是个体间吸引,从而表现出环境弱势生存者的生存、发展和壮大的生态对策。④烟株顶部2叶蚜量与整株蚜量呈显著正相关,可在实际中以其总蚜量作为测定整株蚜量依据而制定防治指标。⑤5个烤烟品种蚜量调查结果表明,9717抗蚜效果最好,秦烟96次之,可用于种植品种的选择搭配。
To be clear about the population of tobacco aphid in Longxian county,search the best method of field management.Through the survey and the data processing,we can conclude that: ① The tobacco aphid in Longxian county in all tobacco growing period.Winged aphid persists in the lower state,that showed that Myzus persicae in the field of infection and multi-lateral sources.② Myzus persicae is under the control of district characteristics in the complex tobacco field in addition to the distribution of a species.it also affected by the natural environment of tobacco fields,in particular a greater impact on wind direction,field management level and timeliness of management of change can affect the tobacco aphid,too.③ The result that the dynamic which same habitat and different habits have the same gathered diffusion pattern and the aphid number of per plant changed with growing of the tobacco shows that the internal mechanism of the preservation of aphid population is affection among the individual,that shows the environment vulnerable survivors survival development and expansion of ecological measures.④The aphid number of the top two leaves of significant positive correlate with the whole plant aphid can be in practice aphid its total volume of the whole plant as a basis for aphid control volume indicators.⑤ The aphid numbers of five species tobacco indicate that "9717" has the most effective anti-aphid,"Qinyan 96" as the second,both of the two can be used with the choice of plant match.
