摘要
实验通过应用40g,100g,160g和320g四种不同力值,向远申方向倾斜移动猴上颌侧切牙。每周加力一次。分别于术后的1,2,3,4周取材做组织切片进行观察。本研究结果表明,力值大小对牙髓组织有直接的影响。100g以下的力值对牙髓组织没有病理性损害。大于160g的力值,能引起牙髓的充血,造牙本质细胞层的空泡样变性,牙髓组织成分发生改变,如细胞减少,纤维成份增多等。320g的力值导致牙髓坏死。此外,动物个体间的差异也很明显。
This experiment consisted of 14 monkeys which were divided into 5 groups.Variousorthodontical magnitude of forces were applied on the lateral incisors to movethem distally.The pulp changes were observed under light microscope.The resultssuggested that,there were no harmful changes in the pulp when the force appliedless than 100 grams.But if the forces applied surpassed 100 grams,the pulps weredamaged-vacuolization of the odontoblast layer et al,even pulp necrosis occurred.
