摘要
自然条件下,以三倍体牡丹品种首案红和二倍体品种白玉为实验材料,测定叶片的光合日变化和光响应,结果表明:二者的净光合速率的日进程均为双峰型曲线,首案红一天当中的平均净光合速率、光饱和点和光补偿点均大于白玉,同时光饱和点的最大光合速率首案红12.39μmol/(m2.s)高于白玉6.28μmol/(m2.s)。该研究从光合生理角度显示,首案红比二倍体白玉具有较强的光合能力。
With Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. cv. "Shouanhong" , which was a natural triploid variety, and Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. cv.. "Baiyu" as the materials, the experiments was carried out to study the diurnal variations of photosynthesis and the response to light of two Peony breeds leaves under natural conditions. The results indicated as follow: the curves of the diurnal variations of the net photosynthetic rates in the two varieties leaves was that both had two peaks , but the mean of the net photosynthetic rates; the light compensation points and the light saturation points are higher than the cv.. "Baiyu". While the biggest photosynthetic rates at the light saturation points, cv. "Shouanhong"( 12.39μmol/m^2· s) is biger than the cv.. "Baiyu"(6.28μmol/m^2· s). Thus the result showed that photosynthesis ability of cv. "Shouanhong" is better than the cv.."Baiyu" from the physiological aspect.
