摘要
高校图书馆ISO9000质量管理的实质是建立质量管理体系,以读者满意为关注焦点。文章结合海南大学图书馆实施TQM内部质量审核的特点和实际情况,选择合适的质量管理体系、内部质量审核机制、进行内部质量结果评价与分析等,通过内部质量的持续改进机制实现高校图书馆读者服务质量和服务能力的持续提高。
ISO9000 quality management system, focuses on the satisfaction for readers, plays an important role on the academic library & information service. It should choose suitable standard to set up its own quality management system, audition mechanism of interior quality, evaluate & analyze the result of interior audition etc. according to its own characteristics and reality for the library of Hainan University. In this way, it will improve the service quality and service capability of academic libraries continually via the mechanism of continual improvement of service quality.
