摘要
采用EDTA作螯合剂,与Cr(Ⅲ)生成稳定的Cr(EDTA)-,用阴离子交换液相色谱法分离和检测Cr(EDTA)-和CrO4-。色谱柱DionexIonpacCS5,流动相10mmol/LNa2SO4,流速1.0mL/min,Varian5060型液相色谱仪,UV-100检测器,波长242nm。该法简便易行,可以直接对废水及土壤中的铬作价态分析,结果比较理想。
After Cr (EDTA) - was formed by chelating Cr (Ⅲ) with EDTA, the Cr (EDTA) - and CrO4- wer determined by HPLC with UV detection. The separation was carried out on an anion exchange Dionex Ionpac CS5 column. The mobile phase was 10 mmol/L Na2SO4(1.0mL/min) and the detection was at 242nm . The method has been used for the determination of Cr (Ⅲ) and Cr (Ⅳ) in waste water and soil with satisfaction
