中波紫外线与皮肤鳞状细胞癌发生机制研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 皮肤鳞状细胞癌是常见的恶性皮肤肿瘤之一。而紫外线是诱发鳞癌的主要因素,但其诱发皮肤癌的确切机制尚未完全阐明。其中中波紫外线对角质形成细胞的DNA损伤是诱发皮肤癌的基础。p53、Fas/FasL、砷及免疫抑制等因素在中波紫外线诱导的鳞癌发生过程中发挥着重要的作用。机体对中波紫外线造成的光损伤又有多种修复途径。 Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (SCC)is one of common malignant skin tumors. Ultraviolet B (UVB)is a main reason inducing SCC. The accurate occurrence mechanism of SCC is still unclear by now. UVB-indueed skin DNA damage is the foundation which can induces SCC. The human body can repair UVB-induced skin damage by some ways. Many factors play an important role in UVB-induced SCC, such as P53, Fas/FasL, Arsenite,immuno-suppressiou and so on.
