浙江省中小学新体育课程标准的实施状况及其对策 被引量:3

摘要 运用调查法、文献资料法、访谈法等方法对浙江省部分中小学《体育与健康课程标准》实施现状进行系统分析,发现影响新课程标准实施的主要因素为:学校对硬件设施(场地、器材等)的投入不够;各级中小学体育教师的师资力量还有待于进一步提高;中小学体育教师对《体育与健康课程标准》的理解度、认可度不高;中小学各级领导对体育课的重视程度较低.针对这些问题,从浙江省经济发展和教育发展的实际出发,结合新课程标准的精神实质,提出相应的对策. By employing the methods of survey, literature study and interview, this paper obtains the information and data of how the criterion for the PE and health curriculum has been implemented in some middle and elementary schools in Zhejiang Province. and makes a systematic analysis of the situation. This paper thus concludes that the major factors affecting the implementation of the new curriculum criterion are firstly, the schools have not made enough investment in hardware facilities like playgrounds and sports equipment; secondly, the PE teacher forces of middle and elementary schools at all levels are still to be enhanced; thirdly, PE teachers have not understood well the criterion for the PE and health curriculum and therefore their approbate degree is still inferior and finally, the school leaders have not attached much importance to PE. Faced with the above, this paper provides the corresponding strategies to solve the problems, based on the development of economy and education in Zhejiang Province and the spiritual essence of the new curriculum criterion.
