摘要 传输皮带线速度的在线测量对皮带运输系统的安全运行意义重大。以光电式传感器为基础,介绍了一种新颖的皮带线速度测量方法。该方法采用差分信号来传输高频脉冲,使用单片机来捕获脉冲并实时计算线速度。最后通过RS-485总线与上位机进行数据传送,实现皮带线速度的远程高精度测量。运行结果表明,该系统测量精度高、稳定性好,具有一定的实用价值。 On-line measurement of Linear velocity of conveyor belt is very important to run conveyor safely. On the basis of photoelectric sen- sor, a new measuring method for Linear velocity of the belt is introduced. With this method, the high frequency pulses are transferred by adop- ting differential signal; and the pulses are captured in single chip computer, thus the Linear velocity is calculated in real time. The measured data are transmitted to host computer through RS-485 bus to realize remote high precise measurement for Linear velocity. The operating results indicate that the system features high accuracy, good stability and offers practical applicable value.
