摘要
目前桥面铺装很多早期损坏是由防水黏结层破坏诱发的,防水黏结材料抗剪强度不足会导致面层推挤、拥包、波浪和车辙的产生。因此黏结层应当具备较强的抗剪切性能。依托浙江省交通厅项目《混凝土桥梁耐久性沥青铺装结构研究》,选择热喷SBS改性沥青、优止水高效防水剂(水泥基)、AWP-2000沥青基桥面黏结防水层涂料三种防水黏结层材料,进行剪切性能试验,分析比较三种材料的抗剪性能,为工程中防水黏结材料的选用提供一定的依据。
Bridge deck pavement diseases,especially the early damages are usually caused by the failure of waterproof and cohesive layer.Lack of shear-resistance will lead to shoving,folding,rut and other distresses.Thereby,basing on Study on Durable Asphalt Pavement Structure of Concrete Bridge,the program from Traffic Department of Zhejiang Province,this paper studies the shear- resistance of three different waterproof and cohesive layer materials:hot sprinkled SBS modified asphalt,cement-based waterproofing coating and pitch-based waterproofing coating in order to provide some references to future projects.
