摘要
同行评价是美国开展中小学教师评价的重要方式,在教师评价的民主性、教师的参与度、评价的透明度方面,具有超越传统评价模式的独特优势,体现了促进教师专业发展的评价理念。同时,同行评价在实施过程中也面临着诸多挑战。
Peer Assistance and Review is an important means of teacher assessment adopted by American elementary and secondary schools. Compared with traditional teacher assessment models,it brings about democratic teacher participation in assessment,enhances teacher professional development and improves the transparency in assessment,which has shown the assessment concept of promoting teacher professional development. At the same time, there are a lot of challenges peer assistance and review has encountered in the process of implementation.
