摘要
采用节能技术的高效换热器不仅提高了能源利用率,且减少了金属材料的消耗,对推进石油化工行业的节能减排工作有着积极意义。简要介绍了管壳式换热器换热管强化传热技术和壳程强化传热技术,分析了各自的原理、优缺点及推荐使用场合。
With the energy saving technique, the application of high efficiency heat exchanger can not only enhance the energy using rate, but also decrease the consumption of material, thus, which has significant meaning in work of extending energy saving and dis- charge decreasing. In this article, the intensified heat transfer techniques used in tube side and shell side were briefly introduced. At the same time, the principles, advantages, disadvantages and applicable situations for these techniques were also analyzed.
