摘要
比较研究西方发达国家几种典型高等教育质量保证模式,呈现出质量保证制度化、质量标准多样化、评估主体多元化和不断完善的法律保障等诸许多共同和趋势性特征。借鉴其经验,对我国高等教育质量保证体系的建设完善,极具启示意义。
Having done a comparative study of several established models of quality assurance systems of higher education in developed western countries, this paper found that these systems share the following traits and characteristics in common： the quality-assurance has been institutionalized; the standards to maintain quality are diversified; the assessment itself is pluralized and the laws concerned are guaranteed. What they have got is of great value to Chinese higher education to perfect our own quality-assurance system.
