摘要
研究了阿魏酸在乳状液膜中的迁移行为,重点研究了乳膜体系所用表面活性剂Span-80浓度、膜添加剂液体石蜡浓度、内水相磷酸钠浓度等条件对阿魏酸迁移率的影响.优化液膜体系为膜相各试剂的质量浓度:Span-805%,液体石蜡3%,煤油92%;当内相为0.08 mol/L的磷酸钠,外相含0.1 mol/L HCl时,磁力搅拌20 min,阿魏酸的迁移率高达95%以上.
The transfer behavior of ferulic acid was studied in the emulsion liquid membrane system. Some factors, such as surfactant Span80, paraffin and Na2PO4 concentrations on the transfer behaviour were discussed. The optimized liquid membrance system contains 5 % SpanS0, 3 % paraffin and 92% kerosene in the oil phase, with 0. 08 mol/L NaaPO4 in the internal water phase and 0. 1 mol/L HCl in the external water phase. On stirring the emulsion for 20 min, the transfer rate of ferulic acid is 〉95%.
