摘要 本文用数理检验比较了黄牛血清中二种前处理方法(湿法消化和直接稀释)ICP-AES测定结果,实验表明,两种方法测定结果是一致的仅有Cu、Mn、Sr,而其它元素Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Ba等存在着显著性差别,并对此进行了初步讨论。 Two methods of sample preparation including digestion and dilution have been developed for determination of Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, Sr, Ba, Ca and Mg in animal serum by ICPAES. The compromized operating conditions are 1.6kW of forward power and 15mm of observation height above the induction coil, and 1.0 L/min flow rate of carrier argon gas. Spectral interferences from concomitants were oberved and corrected only for Sr in the presence of Ca. The results and their standard deviations were given. The recoveries of elements were 92—112% for digestion, and 92—111% for dilution method, Ten-fold dilution gave results consistent with sample digestion, only for Cu, Mn and Sr, and significant differences for Ba, Ca, Fe,Zn and Mg were observed between the two methods. Digestion of 1 ml of serum using nitric-perchloric acid was found to be more suitable.
