摘要
目的：报道四肢高温钢筋烧伤的治疗．方法：根据四肢高温钢筋烧伤的创面深浅和有无贯通伤分全层皮肤烧伤．皮肤及深层组织烧伤和肢体贯通烧伤．采用早期或分期彻底清创后，创面直接缝合，局部转移皮瓣或游离皮瓣移植修复创面，同时应用显微外科技术修复损伤的重要血管神经．结果：临床治疗12例，及时闭合创面，减少感染，缩短治疗时间，避免或减少伤残，疗效满意．结论：该方法治疗四肢高温钢筋烧伤临床疗效可靠．
Objective: This article reported the experience on treatment of limbs burn by hypyrexiareinforcing bar. Method: According to the injured degree, they were classified into 3 types whole layerskin burn, deep tissuse burn and penetrating bum. After debrided immediately or in stages, the wound weresutured directly or covered by local transpositron flaps or free flaps. Results: there were 12 cases treatedwith this method. The wounds were covered timely. The infecion was diminished. The time of treatmentwas shorted. Conclusions: This method is effective on treating the limbs burn by hypyrexia reinforcing bay.
