摘要
设计了一种由8031单片机、传感器组成的风力发电机组齿轮箱润滑油温度监控系统,单片机根据 PID 算法得到输出值,控制风扇或加热器进行冷却和加热设备。阐述了系统的工作原理,给出了系统的硬件结构和控制流程图。该系统具有结构简单、控制灵活、使用方便和可靠性高等优点。
A temperature monitoring system on lubricant of gear box of wind generating set are designed in this paper. The 8031 microcontroller with its control circuit is applied and mux-PID is referenced in the system. The micro-controller acquires the output according to PID algorithm to control fan or heater to cool or heat up the devices. The principle of system is expatiated and the hardware structure and software flow chart are presented. The system has advantages of simple structure, control agility, use convenience and high reliability.
