摘要
参照“梅尼埃病诊断依据和疗效分级［1］。研究了随机采用利多卡因、强的松与中医药合用疗法治疗梅尼埃病59例（69耳）。临床疗效结果：眩晕疗效评定A级率为60．87％；听力疗效评定A级加B级率为71．01％，均分别高于对照组，差别显著（P＜0．05）。观察发现用药期间，眩晕发作的症状完全消失所需时间为4．67±1．50天，短于对照组，差别显著（P＜0．05）。认为中西医结合治疗是治疗梅尼埃病的研究方向。
According to the diagnose basis and curative effect grade of Mefiierc's disease, 59 cases (69 ears) Meniere's disease patients who had been treated with Lidocaine, Prednisone and traditional medicine were observed. It shows that the "grade A" of curative effect about vertigo of the combined method is 60. 87%; and the "grade A plus B" curative effect about hearing is 71. 01 %. It is higher than the comparedmethods, and it also shows that the average time of the vertigo completely disdppear is 4. 67+1. 50 days. lessthan the contrast, both of them are all with a remarkable difference (P < 0. 05). It points out that thecombined method is the certain direction of Meniere's disease's treatment.
